Power Automate Connections have errors

Hi,

I created several Power Automate Approval flows and they were working very well until I changed my username and email address. Now my flows are failing due to connection errors. It's not one constant error but different errors show up when I try to Fix Connection. I have delete the connections and re-added them but eventually they fail again. The Outlook 365 connector has the most problems. Please Help

Its still a problem with the OAuth token being revoked.  Its something in your Azure AD environment.  You need to talk with your admins or open a ticket with MS.

I would talk first to your Azure Active Directory admins and if they can't help you'll need to open a support ticket. Something in your AAD is revoking the OAuth token that you are using in the connector.

Well, I recreated the flow with a new user account and it worked for a day. The next day the connectors started acting up again of which I did not change the password, username or the email address. Part of one of the errors I get is:

      "status"401,

"message""Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled| Error, and office365users is in the block list. Connection errors: [ParameterName: token, Error: Code: Unauthorized, Message: 'Failed to refresh access token for service: office365usercertificate. Error: Failed to acquire token from AAD: {\"error\":\"invalid_grant\",\"error_description\":\"AADSTS50173: The provided grant has expired due to it being revoked, a fresh auth token is needed. The user might have changed or reset their password.

The problem is that the old connector is still cached in the flow. After you create the new connection you need to edit the flow and change each of the existing connections over to the new ones.

It seems the connections only work soon after refreshing but before I can update the rest of the flow, the errors pop up again. So even the SharePoint connector only works for a short while before it fails again

I still have Full Control of the data in SharePoint. At the moment the SharePoint connector seems to be behaving well. The problem is now the Outlook 365 one which has the following error:

    
JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

Changing your username and email may have also caused problems with your permissions in SharePoint. You'll need to check that your account still has access to the data.  Changing you password is fine, but its usually not a good idea to ever change your user account name.

Thank you for the response. I deleted all the connections that I had in the environment and I recreated them. It works for a moment but then eventually fails again.
