Hi all,

I would have to shorten my URL output. The URL should remain original (long), but the name should be something short.

For example:

- URL Name: https://google.com

- URL: https://www.google.com/search?q=deutsch+englisch&rlz=1C1VDKB_deDE1068DE1068&oq........

my Flow:

Lasst seen long URL Output is on the "Create HTML table" Part.

Mail Output: Extracted from a sharepoint list, column type hyperlink

Where should I start and how do I best implement it?

Regards

@vipfafen Please share screenshot of Create a HTML table action. Please expand the action and give a screenshot. The code that I gave was for html table which you have to modify.

    Re: Shorter URL names

    Hi @ANB,

    thank you for your replay.

I do not quite understand. I pull around 500 different URLs (see screenshot above, are 3 out of 500) from a sharepoitn list, I can use a "one and only" link-name, yes. But I have 500 different URLs that I have to hide behind the name.

Not sure how to use your suggested solution.

    Regards

    Re: Shorter URL names

Hi @vipfafen , You can use href tag in your "Create HTML table"

    <a href="www.microsoft.com">MicrosoftLink</a>
