How do I change the Profile Web Form in the Profile Page to read-only?

Hi everyone,

 

Curious how can I change the profile web form (enhanced) found in the profile page to read only? Currently, I think it's in edit mode because of the update button below the form. What I did is made all the fields read only but it would be better if I can convert the form as read only and not edit. Thanks!
