How to compare two excel files in power app portals.

Hi,

 

I want to compare two excel files and get the difference that should be updates in one excel file

 

Example i have ExcelA(with the columns A,B,C) and ExceB(with Columns A,B,C,D) compare and gets the related date and creates a new ExcelC

    This should can be done with Power Automate
