Hi Fam,
I have recently faced an issue with the embedded Power Bi report using the following steps in the documentation below-

Everything was working fine after we converted the portal into production, later unexpectedly the reports stopped working and started displaying the error message-
powerbi: operation returned an invalid status code 'forbidden'
I don't know what has changed in few minutes and have not been able to solve this issue. Hoping I could get help

I think for this situation, you can raise a support ticket with Microsoft to notify this error.
Here are the steps for you to raise a ticket
1. Login to the https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments
2. Click help and Support
3. Select power apps > and relevant category and report your issue
