Meeting Capture App through PowerApps not Sending notes to Email or OneNote

Hello,

I have started using the Meeting Capture App in PowerApps. I have not modified any settings in the app and only granted it access to my information. However, I’m encountering an issue: when I click Finish and Save → Export to OneNote and/or Email, no email is sent, and nothing gets updated in OneNote.

 

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    What do you mean by granted it access to your information? It has to be configured to work in your environment.

    pls try the following:
     
    Verify Connections -  Go to Power Apps > Data > Connections. Locate the Office365 Outlook connection.
    Check Permissions - Ensure your account has permission to send emails. Verify you have the correct permissions to update or write to OneNote notebooks.
    Check App Settings - Open the app in Power Apps Studio and review the ExportToOneNote function to see where the data is being sent.
