Access and Edit CSS Files Locally

Hi,

I've created a new Power Apps Portal using a starter template and then added my own custom .CSS file. Is there any way to "sync" this CSS file with my local machine so I can use my preferred code editor application instead of modifying the CSS file within the browser?

For example, it would be nice if I could just make edits to my new custom CSS file on my local machine and then just save and refresh the page. As of now, it seems like I'd have to re-upload my CSS file after every change to overwrite. Perhaps I'm missing something?

    Hi @Anonymous

It is possible to work from VS CODE editor. There is already an excellent official tutorial available from Microsoft. I am adding it for your reference.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/cli-tutorial

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/portals/power-apps-cli-tutorial

Eventually, use the VSCode CLI to download the portal to your local.

    1. Work on any file changes, including CSS

    2. Then sync it to the Portals.

    Hope it helps.

Thanks @ragavanrajan , that make sense. I assume the same method would apply for Power Pages?

Yes @Anonymous , it is also applicable for Power Pages.
