Hello,
I have a question regarding a Lookup. I currently have two lists (EmployeeShort, SLAM WO Risk Assessment). Within 'SLAM WO Risk Assessment' I created a second field "CreatedByDN" (Person or Group) that fills with the CreatedBy field content based on a FLOW. I have an additional field in the SLAM WO Risk Assessment list "SupervisorLU" that I would like to fill based on a Lookup also from the 'EmployeeShort' list. The field in 'EmployeeShort' is named "Supervisor". The relationship between 'EmployeeShort' and 'SLAM WO Risk Assessment' would be based on "FullName" ('EmployeeShort') = "CreatedByDN" in 'SLAM WO Risk Assessment".
I have unlocked the "SupervisrLU" field and placed information as shown in the JPG file. This is not working and I assume it is from my statement formatting. Any assistance would be appreciated.
This is what I was utilizing...
Thanks
So this is not Person or Group column but Single Line of Text.. so now I am not sure how you created the relationship. Can you please share you code where you are writing this logic?
No, here are the settings. It should be noted this is the result of Flow that updates from a multi-choice field.
@RJF61 Are you allowing multiple selection in CreatedByDN field in SharePoint List? See if that is the property there?
Also...
Attached is the Flow for CreatedByDN.
CreatedByDN = 255 character text from 'SLAM WO Risk Assessment'
FullName = 255 character text from 'EmployeeShort'
SupervisorLU = 255 character text from 'SLAM WO Risk Assessment'
Supervisor - 255 character text from 'EmployeeShort'
@RJF61 Are you allowing multiple selection in CreatedByDN field? Can you share the error message?
