There is a known bug recently and it has been reported to Microsoft. Microsoft is working on it. Once resolved we will update here. Meanwhile, if you need a case reference please raise the ticket to Microsoft.

Try in incognito window. While choosing an incognito window make sure you turn off
If no luck, it is better to raise a case with Microsoft.
