When I use the template: Complete Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations workflow work items (PU29), I use the business event trigger of "Workflow workitem". This triggers the flow whenever a workitem is created in D365. The problem is that, when a work item is REJECTED, a new workitem is created in D365 using the same template flow. However, D365 does not tell the flow who to assign the work item to and thus is crashes unless I type in an email address into the assign to field.
Any thoughts??
