Case Notes

We have setup cases on our portal with the ability to Search, View, Edit and Create Cases.  All appears to be working with the exception of the Case Notes.

When we go to Edit a Case or View a Case the following message appears "Error completing request.  We're sorry, but something went wrong.  Please try again, and if this persist, contact the website administrator.

The notes were configured following the steps in the link below, including all table permissions.  We even tried enabling the rich text editor and disabling the request validation but now change.

Is there something that we are missing?  We can see the notes in D365 CE, however they can not be seen on the webpage.

The error message we are seeing is not when adding new notes, this messages shows when we choose Edit case and the form loads. The form opens and we can edit all fields however, any existing notes (created in D365 CE or the Portal) are not showing and instead the Error message shows.  If we try to add a note, the note window opens, we enter the note, then click submit, again the note does not show in the Portal but can be seen in D365 CE.

    Resolution:

I missed a one of the steps. Table name was defined but the table relationship was missed. Once populated/synced everything worked.
