If I view an app that is designed with tablet format, on my phone, it bugs out. The icons for selecting which specific powerapp becomes completely wonky and unintelligible. If I rotate my phone back to horizontal view, it is fine. Now my phone will not revert back to phone view for selecting apps. This is the first time it has occurred and I have been developing over the past year with various views.

You can raise a support ticket with Microsoft to notify this Major bug.
Here are the steps for you to raise a ticket
1. Login to the https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments
2. Click help and Support
3. Select power apps > and relevant category and report your issue
