Problem loading the power pages in the designer mode

Hello Experts,

 

I was facing an issue with Power apps portal web pages, while in the designing mode it is showing the error as "There was a problem displaying the preview Try reloading the page in a few moments." I was tried to clear the server side cache with below URL https://mysitename.powerappsportals.com/_services/about but no luck. Please can any one provide me exact solution for this. and you can see the screen shot below.

    Hi @Hareesh2728,

     

    did you change something in css or JS? Sometimes the page breaks if there is an error in your code.

    Otherwise what helped me in some cases is to restart the page.

    If that does not work stop the page and start it - all done via the admin center.

    @Hareesh2728  @OliverRodrigues @Lucas001  I am facing same issue in home page. I tried basis troubleshooting like cache clean, restart etc. do we have any solution for this ?

    @OliverRodrigues our home page is not previewing in power pages but we can see the changes by navigating actual URL.

    Thanks, I feel like you might have to raise a ticket with Microsoft on this one.

    If the Portal is opening fine, it indicates that the portal configuration is fine, but there might be an issue with the provisioning of it.

    A final check maybe is to try a different browser, make sure you don't have any extension enabled, etc
