I'm using PowerApps on Google Chrome and Opera browsers and whenever I'm editing a Canvas App this value is exhibited for the User().Email calls:
And also to FullName calls:
Before, those calls returned my email address and my full names, respectively; but now, that is not happening anymore.
Therefore I ask:
1. What happened to those calls?
2. What can I do to overcome this?

This is unexpected behaviour, and I'm not actually able to reproduce the error that you see.
On the basis that this worked for you before and now it doesn't, it's very likely that an update to Power Apps has caused this error.
Therefore, I'd recommend that you raise a support ticket by clicking the 'Create support ticket' button on the following page.
