Update Parent record when a child record is deleted

I have a flow that I need to update a Quote Record when a Quote Product is deleted, the flow doesn't seem to be passing the Quote ID when being deleted. Is there a special way to do this?

Unfortunately flow is asynchronous so can't get any related records / GUID's. Need a plugin with pre image.
