Volunteer Engagement button error.

Hi all, I apologize if this is a simple question. thanks for any help you can provide.

 

Using Volunteer Engagement to apply for an engagement Oppurtunites but the "Apply button" the Upcoming Engagement Opportunities on the details page of an opportunity does not work or bring up a notification.
