Dropdown to edit and view details in timeline not working

Hello,

I am dealing with a strange issue and can't figure out how to resolve it. I've got a form to update an existing record which has a timeline component. In my basic form metadata I've added notes and enabled edit and delete. I've also enabled attachments and have all necessary permissions to the notes entity and my main entity. For some reason I can see the dropdown button but I cannot click on it. I've got it working in a different site but this is a new one I just created and cannot understand why it's not allowing me to select it.

Can anyone help please?

Hi @malakmoaty

Try the following

1. Delete the Timeline component and publish it. Sync and preview the site. Make sure the timeline component is not appearing.

2. Add it again and publish.

3. For Annotations (Notes) table > add the appropriate web roles. For ex: In the Administrator web roles add your contact and sync it.

Press ctrl + F5 - hard refresh and preview the site

Can you post the screenshot and the screenshot of your web roles pls?
