Error when converting Portal from Trial to Production

I'm trying to convert our Portal from trial to production, but we're getting the error

"You can’t convert your trial portal to production as you don’t have an appropriate license." with a link to Microsoft Documentation that frankly isn't much use.

As far as I am aware we have "a license", but can someone please confirm what the required licenses should be?

This is the last day of the trial so it is quite urgent.

Thanks in advance

Lee

    Hi @lee-martin

The simple solution as a first step is to delete your trial portal and recreate the portal and choose the existing website record as mentioned in my earlier post.

Trust me all your work will be retained when you choose from the existing website record.

This way you are a bit relaxed and get 30 more days.

If you are confident that you have the proper license then the next checkpoint is to ensure you have a system administrator or system customiser role.

    Hope it helps.

@ragavanrajan  Will everything be retained? CSS, JavaScript, Advanced Forms, Lists, Web Pages, Content Snippets, etc....?

Does the portal owner have to be the one with the License? As far as I am aware I'm a Sys Admin

Yes, @lee-martin. Everything will be retained.

    Thanks
