Customer Lookup Filtering Web Template not found

Hi All,

I am following a guide but I'm stuck with calling the JSON web template. I have created a web template and am calling it but it can't seem to find it. I have removed spaces in the name to make sure the name is correct. Is there something I'm missing?

Just to be clear you call a "Web Page" (and that Web Page uses a Page Template that is linked to the Web Template).  If you are doing that, what happens if you type in the Web Page url that you are calling in your browser?

I think I may have been missing both a page template and a web page to use the web template
