I am trying to do the following -
The customer requests a quote via a Gravity form on Wordpress site, email is sent to me. Need this email to create a new task in planner and the notes section of the task needs to have the contents (body) of the email, which is the information from the gravity form. This content (body) needs to be reformatted so that it all doesn't run together on the Notes of the task (i.e. it needs returns after certain items).
The flow I have created does everything except I cannot figure out the right way to reformat the body that flows into the task notes. Attached is what my flow as of now. Please HELP, I am not well versed in this and I am surprised I made it this far. HAHA
My Flow:
1. When a new email arrives (V3)
2. HTML to text (preview)
3. Condition
a. If Yes > Create a task > Update task details
b. If No > Create a task > Update task details
4. Send an email (V2)
5. Post a message in a chat or channel
