I have a SharePoint List which basically what it does is people assign things to be done to some other employees. the SharePoint List has 3 status options:
- in progress
- completed
- cancelled
the idea is when they are completed the person who assigned the task to write an evaluation so I am trying to figure out the best way to do that:
- powerapp SharePoint list form
- Microsoft form
the idea would be that there should be a link to the form generated when the item has status completed- whichever of the two options above - and then either:
- register them at columns of same SharePoint list and create a .pdf
- create a .pdf and attach it at the item at the SharePoint list form.
so the thing are two with each one having their own questions:
- form:
- which form to use
- how I link the form with the item
- how do I call the form when the item is completed
- .pdf
- how is generate
- how is attached at item
any ideas?
