Hello.
I need to get the data from a spreadsheet and print it to a pdf file in a specific folder in sharepoint.

The spreadsheetThe spreadsheet

At first, I tried to take the word template route. But even if I have an e3 license I only have the free power automate license (I will try to solve it with my IT, but I need to solve this as fast as I can, even if it's temporary)

I don't know if there is a way to create something similar to a template, but since it will be a temporary solution I am thinking in taking another route.

Thus, my idea is to print the sheet to pdf, get this pdf file and rename it (as in FIXED NAME - DATE) then send this file to a specific folder in sharepoint, the folder need to be (YEAR/MONTH) and thus it's a dynamic folder. If the folder for the said year or month don't exist it should create a new one. I can get the date from the spreadsheet ("Data" in the image) so I think I could use this information to parse the year and the month.

I am open to other solutions, the "print to pdf" solution it' acceptable since we are already doing this but manually (but I am the one who are doing it, and we need to pass the spreadsheet to the ones to the security guards, who will not have the same access level I have in sharepoint)
