Forward a meeting invite to another M365 account

Hi Everyone,

I am a contractor working within 2 Microsoft client environments (accessed through amazon workspace). One of the clients (Client1) has strict security controls, which prevents me from sharing and editing the calendar in my business calendar. This results in me having to forward all invites for new calendar events from Client1 to my business calendar.

This is what I want Power Automate to do

  1. On receiving a new meeting or event invites from Client1 (where I am not the host)
  2. Forward the meeting to my business account (only if my business account is not invited)

I have developed a flow that does this if I host a meeting and do not remember to invite my business account, but I can't see how to do this when I am not the host.

Many thanks,

Mike

    I have used "When event is added, updated or deleted (V3)"

    Conditions -

    Required Attendees does not contain "emailname@mybusiness.com" (My business email)

    Or

    Optional Attendees does not contain "emailname@mybusiness.com" (My business email)

    If yes

    Update Event

    Calendar id - Client1 account

    Id = Id

    Subject = Subject

    Start time = Start Time

    End Time = End Time

    Time Zone = UTC (I am UK based)

    Required Attendees = Required attendees; "emailname@mybusiness.com" (My business email)

    and then in Body

    "Fwd from Client1"

    +Body

    If no I have not added any action

    I receive the invite in my business account but it creates a loop in the Client account sending multiple invites

    Help!
