License requirements for publishing dataflows from Power Apps

Hi,

 

I am trying to publish a dataflow using Power Apps where my data source in snowflake and I get the below error. We have E3 license and I have the "Maker with no access to data" role in our environment. How do we fix this ? Our global admin has no idea how to fix this. Any suggestion is helpful.
