Hey Community,
Attempting to utilise the the Microsoft connector for Fresh Service to create Tickets using LogicApps to connect the existing Incident management from Sentinel to Fresh Service to create tickets.
In the current connector there is no requirement placed to provide Department ID.
Can the Connector template be updated? Whom to contact and what is their resolution time?
Is there an alternative solution either in Fresh Service or do I need to create a custom connector?
