Pages isn't published after being copied from one SP site to another SP site

Hello Cat Happy

I'm building a Flow that copies multiple pages from one SharePoint site to another SharePoint site, and the pages are published in SP site no. 1, but after they have been copied to SP site no. 2 all the pages are in "draft" mode (not published).

Is there a way to publish all the pages automatically using Flow? After I have copied them to the site.

The first action is "List folder" (just in norwegian)

Appreciate any thoughts and answers!

    hello @v-yamao-msft

I made two new SharePoint sites with 5 pages in one of them, published the pages and then copied to sp. site no. 2. The pages in sp. site no. 2 says "draft saved" and are not published. Is there a setting that changes this?

Can you please share your test flow?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

I have made some tests on my side, I found that if the page has already been published on the original site, it will also be Published on the destination site once copied.

Have you published the page on original site?

If no, the page will be checked out and cannot be got via flow.

In addition, I have seen an idea on Allow to check in, check out and publish files in a SharePoint library which is marked as Planned. Please check and vote it at here:

    Best regards,

    Mabel

I noticed if I turned of version control in SP site no. 1 the pages was automatically published in SP site no. 2 (when I tried copying the pages again).

But this is not an optimal solution.

The library doesn't have content approval on btw.
