Hi,
In the past I could start a ticket if there was some problem that could not be solved here and or did seem to be a problem of Powerapps in stead of errors on my part.
If I started a ticket I had to enter my app and session id's
If I try this now I get to a screen where old tickets can be seen and an new ticket started but whatever I enter or choose in the subsequent fields I am only met by a robot that has not the faintest clue to what is the matter based on my problem description.
Are tickets still possible as before?
