Using Power Automate to put information into separate spreadsheets from MS Forms

I am new to Power Automate and I am trying to create a flow that will take responses from an MS Form and put them into two separate spreadsheets.

One spreadsheet just collects the response for a Use-Case

The other spreadsheet will collect all the other information and place the data into separate workbooks inside the spreadsheet.  Each workbook is setup as a table and has a specific name created for it.

I thought that maybe if I created a flow of control/condition true/false statements that this may work to choose which spreadsheet or workbook the information would need to dump to. The flow just takes it to the end each time and doesn't stop at a true statement.

I have added some screenshots of what it currently looks like.  Thank you for any help with this.

@mikeicnd  can you please elaborate more about the issue you are facing, i didnt get what you mean by "The flow just takes it to the end each time and doesn't stop at a true statement". Also one suggestion you can use Switch case action instead of too many condition actions, that will make your flow look more clean
