Webpage Search using Dataverse Search = True

Hi,

I'm trying to get webpages on the results of search, but I cant seem to make it work.

Ive tried both the ootb search in the Customer Service Template, and the searchindex liquid template, but I can only get KBs, forums, etc.

My searchindex query looks like this:

(side note, ive also tried setting it to limit to adx_webpage, didnt work either)

Is there a specific setup needed for webpages to show in the search? Which properties are used in search index? I believe this should have been working ootb, so I'm lost as to what to check next.

Hi,
Along with Dataverse Search being turned ON for the environment, please also ensure Dataverse Search is turned on for the web page entity as well.
And then please follow the below link if you want to search Web Pages in the Portal.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/portals/configure/search-additional-entities#steps-to-configure-search-for-additional-tables
Once the above things are followed, you can search web pages by entering name or the partial url as well like in the example I provided below :-
A sample web page as seen below
Below is the result when I tried to search by Web page name “Lead Web Page”

And below is the result when I tried to search by partialurl value-“leadview” of web page.
