We are using this action inside our flow:-

all the time the action will run successfully, but sometimes the defined user will not be granted any access.. if we resubmit the flow the action will work.. so seems there is an inconsistency in this action, has anyone face similar issue?

I have the same question (0)

@GeorgiosG sometimes the user will be missing on other scenarios the user will be there but with read access instead of edit

    Hi @johnjohn123 ,

I am aware of a Workflow which works now for a couple of months without any problems.

Can it be that somewhere else in youre flow you revert your access for this user ?

What does SharePoint say in its Access Page (user.aspx) for the item ? I assume the user is missing here as well right ?

You can try using the HTTP SharePoint Action and grant access with the API, for a defined time frame as a test and check if you face same issues.
