Hello All,

I used the "Travel Request with Approval" List and revised to my need. This list work perfect. I also updated the Power automate.

If Approval Status column is "Approved" I want to get the attachment and create a file in a specific folder. If Approval Status column is 'Rejected" I want to delete the row and send an email to create. However, even though I reject it will not delete the item from the list. I think the problem is with condition. What should I put there? Some options are

  • Approval status value
  • Approval status label
  • Approval status

Or something else? Also what should I type in "choose a value" Should I type Approve, Approved or something else?

If there is another way to do please let me know.

    Hello,

Thanks for your response. But it doesn't give me the expected outcome because soon after I execute it will send the email and check the condition and say rejected. I want to wait until the status changed to "Approved"

I can add a Do until but it ask for a count, but I don't want to give a count I just want to run infinitely until the status changed to Approved or Reject.

So how can I do that

    Hi , @Chen123

According to your description, you want to judge the [Approval Status] column in your SharePoint list.

So you need to select the "Approval Status value" in the right pane and input the "Approved" Text in the left pane in your condition action.
