Hi,
I am facing issue with power pages reactivation, my power pages site expired but it's showing in active sites tab and not showing option for reactivation. Please advise.

That's a new one.. probably best to open a support ticket with Microsoft.
Alternatively, you can make a backup of the Portal (via solution or via config migration or via XrmToolbox), and then delete the Portal.
Deleting might not necessarily remove the data, so it might show in the Inactive Sites.. you can then reactivate.
If it actually deletes the portal data.. then you can re-import/reactivate
