Display details from Database to Repeating tables in Powerapps

Hi,

I need a help to display the details from the database in the repeating tables in PowerApps.

The below one is the database values.

And I have by default 10 repeating tables in PowerApps as it is my requirement as shown below.

This is the formula I have written for displaying by default 10 repeating table ,

And it and looks like this: The items for repeating table is from collection namely "AddCollection".

So, whenever the POL_NO and INTG_KEY is given in the text input as above, It has to fetch the details from database based on POL_NO and INTG_KEY and display the details in the repeating table gallery textboxes which are INSURED_NO && ADTNL_DVSN. So here in the above there are 3 records for POL_NO and INTG_KEY in the database so it has to display all the 3 records in the table in Power Apps.

So, need help in achieving this.
