I’m currently on the second module of the Power Platform track, which has been video-based. Are there actual exercises to complete in future sessions, or should I be creating the examples shown in the videos? Will detailed exercise instructions be provided later, or should I just follow along for now?

Yes you can learn by opening environment in another tab and learning path in another tab and can switch as per your convenience,

You can first follow the actual guide in module and after completing the module you can experiment with your ideas..
