On the create form do you have it set to display a success message? if so change it to a redirect back to the web page that contains the List and see if it allows that or gives the same error.

Remove the metadata and see if it lets you save (possibly have the incorrect field-value selected in the metadata)

    Hi @Fubar @ragavanrajan
Thanks for replying for my query.

@Fubar I had implement all your mentioned steps2

    like

    • My main entity is having append/append to permissions
    • Screenshot_324.png
    • After assigning permissions I clear my portal cache by going 'Portalurl/_services/about'
    • After that I logout and login

    But issue is still persisting.
I am using a 'Basicform Metadata' that is being used to get the currently login user name and assigning it to a lookup field 'From Sponsor' and also using custom javascript in basicform to get the selected text in 'from sponsor' input box and show in 'Selected From' input box and same for 'To Child' => 'Selected To'

@ragavanrajan I have close all the form tabs and hard refresh but not good luck.
any further guide/steps/instructions will be very appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Hi @IrfanMukhtiar

Please follow @Fubar 's instructions. In addition, If you opened any of the forms in Edit/design mode, you can close all tabs.

Try a ctrl + F5 and check the functionality again.

    Hope it helps.

Most likely the permissions are not correct for the Lookup entities and the main entity (need append / append to), but also could be that after assigning new permissions you did not cleat the portal cache and log the user out and back in.
