I have made a flow that in an excel row, if approval=yes then send an email. After sending the email, i would like to update “yes” to “done” so that the email will only be sent once. How do I update all rows with “yes” to “done”?

I have listed the row and filtered the Approval with "yes" and then update the Approval column.

.I want to update all approval with yes to doneList and filtered all rows with "yes" from ApprovalUpdate the filtered rows to doneBut only the first row is updated.

But only the first row is updated.

@DeepakS Could you please help?

Can you pls share more about your problems.
When you using for each loop it will do automatically. But you want a primary key colum in your table.
I think you have No colum. Put the number colum in key value.
Or you need more help pls contact me personally. I will share my email share your work flow I will check and let you know how to solve.

Hi @Kannan_n ,

I seen you have solved this issue,
but i have no idea how to apply this to my scenario.
I want to bulk update the column"Vacatino Remaining" with 50 in one go. how i can be done.

Hi bcecho
When you try to update the row Don't Put Approval Colum In Key . Instead of Approval Put ID in Key Colum it Will work
