SharePoint File Location switched to saving by Account rather than Entity

I was successfully uploading documents to the correct entity document library in SharePoint (e.g. Monthly Statements).

Now it seems that all files get uploaded to the Account library instead (e.g. AccountName/MonthlyStatements.   How do I switch it back to uploading to the individual entity libraries?

I have tried updating the Document Library Settings a few times, but no luck.

Documents used to upload to their own library, which is what I want...

Now documents have switched to uploading to the Account Library instead.  Which I don't want.

I have not changed the settings in the Power Apps portal, but I did manually upload a document to the SharePoint Library in the Portal.  That is the only thing I can think of that may have forced the change.

    Hi @HaydenSinclair ,

Did you re-run the Document Management Settings by unchecking Based on entity column?

Brilliant.   I re-ran the Document Management Settings, and unchecked Based on Entity column and everything is now working as expected.

    Thanks Abdul!
