enhanced mode - Content level security

I will start a new power pages project. The D365 Customer service makes a nice fit as a start for my project, but I want to know other opinions about.

D365 templates are no enhanced mode.
Enhanced mode does not have Content level security on knowlegarticles. That is importanto to control access to KB articles, on searches and even on chatbot user queries. There are any way that I can develop that "feature" by my self?

D365 templates seams stoped in time.

Anyone knows if they will be "refreshed" soon?

At this moment I have doubts about the way to go.

Any ideia?
