Hi @damian_green23

I have actually had this happen to me a couple times in the past week. I am not sure if it is a delayed background process or what on the Microsoft side... Every time it cleared up for me in < 5 minutes or so... I would suggest waiting and see if it does unless you already have. Also, verify you are allowing cookies on your browser for Microsoft URLs.
