Hi, I'm trying to connect to Jira when using a template. There is an issue with getting my projects from Jira, as I get this error msg: Could not retrieve values. Please Use New version of Action with this connection More diagnostic information: x-ms-client-request-id is 'FFD0FE55-44D6-4E9A-9E2A-073BEAAB88E7'.

    Hi @Anonymous,

You are using a deprecated action, please use the V2 or V3 version of this action.

Hi, thank you for your response. I'm not familiar with Power Automate, so could you tell me how to get to that 'Actions'-page where I can create a new issue using V2 or V3.

Hi, thank you! Now I have a different error: it does not seem to recognize my Jira instance URL:

    I have a similar problem.
I tried to do what v-qiaqi-msft said
But the system can't find me a Jira instance.
If I force in the field my JIRA instance, then in the project field, no project appears, otherwise the following error message:
    x-ms-client-request-id is "1D172D84-340C-4039-9DE4-EF2DA9E9FBBA".

    Disappointed with power automaton (:

I have the same issue. I'm using jira (cloud). Does anyone get this connector to work?

Can this be an API-setting on jira, so that the API is allowed to create an issue?

    Hope anyone can help.

Hi @Anonymous , have you try to add a new connection with Jira connector before using this action? If no, please go to Power Automate dashboard > Data > Connections > Add new connection > Search for "Jira" > Select it then connect with your Jira account if you choose Oauth Authentication Type.

    Kent_Nguyen_0-1693558501132.png

After that, at the Jira action, you will have to choose your Jira instance from the drop-down menu:

    Hello,

I have the same problem. Even when using the suggested versions, I see the same error. My connection was working before, but I cannot create new flows and the old flow does not work either.

    When I use a template:

    when I start from scratch,

    then I see this:

    any help is appreciated.

I am following exactly this and here are the chain of things I see and do:

For my part, I think I've actually found the cause of the problem.
    It's a license issue.
If you see "premium" on your JIRA thumbnail (top right), it means you can't do anything if you don't have the Premium license.
This is the case for me, so Power Automat = trash can
Welcome to the brave new world of Microsost and its eye-wateringly expensive licenses!
So I'm going back to good old excel, at a time when AI is flourishing... look for the error.

    Next 😞
