When saving Flow in Logic Apps, message says connections not authorized yet but repeated clicks on save will eventually work

I am having a strange problem while working on my Logic Apps. At different times, when trying to save my App, I get this message:

Failed to save logic app ***. Some of the connections are not authorized yet. 
If you just created a workflow from a template, please click Continue to add the 
authorized connections to your workflow before saving.

If I repeatedly click Save, it will eventually save. The number of clicks required is very random, it could be 2-3 clicks or it could be 100's. Sometimes I just hold down the enter key until it eventually saves.

Oddly enough, it seems to happen mostly in the afternoon.

Repeated fails then works

Does anyone know what is going on? or how to fix this? It's very frustrating.

Did you get this working, I'm getting same thing, I've tried a bunch of stuff, very annoying, not sure why they dont just do conenctors liek power automate.
