Hi, We have a powerapps portal / power pages portal currently running, it working pretty well and is already used with customers.
We only use this portal to give access to technical documentation to our customers. Our team is working with Dynamics 365 and SharePoint integration is set up so all the files from the CRM are into a SharePoint document Library.

The issue we have is that we are not able to search correctly inside the SharePoint folder. This search works well and shows us the customer we need this is ok.

But when we get inside the customer folder they cannot search and sometimes there is 100 page

Is there a way so we can either add a search menu, or create a view so it is easier for the customer to look?
Could we create a powerautomate flow that could send an http request to sharepoint and make the search ?

The goal is to keep SharePoint as our document library with the CRM since all the users are working with Sharepoint, but improve the power page portal so the customer can search easily into its technical documentation.

Thank you for your help.

    Hi @ClearLight ,

Unfortunately, you cannot add a search to the SharePoint subgrid in Power Pages. Regarding your idea of using Power Automate - yes that would be possible, however you would need to not only return the item name but possibly the content itself (I am not sure if we can get a downloadable link from PA). Plus you would need to build your own interface to show all of the documents.
