power app and dataverse tables

hey guys 

can youll kindly assist me im trying to develop Document Tracking App using power app and dataverse as my data source 

 here are my tables 

Table 1 - Documents:

  1. Document number (Primary key) auto number
  2. Document subject text
  3. Receipt date date - automatically populated as that of document arrival
  4. Due date - date automatically populated as due date maybe for example 5 day excluding saturday and sunday
  5. Form of submission - choice 
  6. Response status - choice 
  7. Attachment

Table 2 - Document_Offices:

  1. Document number (Foreign key referencing Documents)
  2. Office from - choice 

Table 3 - Document_Responsibilities:

  1. Document number (Foreign key referencing Documents)
  2. Directorate - choice (Department)
  3. Responsible Person - Choice
  4. Date Sent - automatically populated when the submit screen is clicked 
  5.  can you assist me to design application
