As a manager of our licenses, I am actively looking for users who ARE NOT using the licenses assigned to them, so that I can free those up to provide to new users and optimise the benefit of our license spend. Unfortunately, the Intelligent Recommendations only show me who might benefit from acquiring a license, and even then, there is no context as to why the system thinks these people would benefit from a Power Apps License.
What would be immensely more beneficial to me would be:
Intelligent Recommendations to show who is not using their Power Apps license
Intelligent Recommendations to show who isn't using their D365 Customer Service license
Intelligent Recommendations to show who isn't using their D365 Sales Attach license
Also, the licensing summary only shows active users for the last 30 days - I would like to see those that are inactive for all time, so I can proactively remove the oldest inactive users' licenses.
