When an list item is created flow is not triggered

Hello,

I have a SharePoint list which has unique permission set up with 3 groups. One group has contribute access and other 2 group has full control access. When the user created item inside the list, others can't see the item in the SharePoint list. And I have a power Automate workflow which will send notification to few people when an item is created or modified. Once the item is created flow has not triggered. Same follows with others users as well

I have also changed the list settings ---advanced settings --- read access-- to read all items.

Still am not able to see the items that they have created.

That's an interesting issue!  I suggest making sure that the account used for the SharePoint connection has at least design access to the list.  I believe that is the minimum permission required to see all list entries when the list is configured as you have described.

    Thanks for the reply @ScottShearer

The account has full control and contribute access to the site.

And full control to the list unique permission.

I have tried re-adding the user but still not able to see the items and flow isn't triggering.

Just for test purposes, can you try making the account an SCA?  This appears to be a permissions issue and making the account an SCA will prove that thought.

Have you shared the flow with the SharePoint list directly?

So just like sharing a flow with another user, you share it with the SharePoint list.
