I tried creating Notification was created with owner as a team, but still the team members are not able to see the notification. Tried creating Notifications with Owner Team & Access Team, record got created in notifications, but no luck of notification to the users of the team. Could anyone help me on this ?
I fully understand your requirement, unfortunately this is not possible at the moment, I suspect that it's linked to the fact that a user can dismiss a notification.
If you assigned to a team, and one user dismissed it, I suspect the current build would dismiss for everyone.
I have voted for your idea, as I do think it would be a nice addition to the platform
Hi @SBax thanks for replying & solution, but don't want to add one by one user. When we create the notifications record from power automate/logic app it shows an option to assign the team as owner. But we are not able to see the notifications when the team is owner. May be we should give this as an backlog to Microsoft.
Hi @melamri, thanks for replying. I had gone through the documentation, but when we create the notifications record from power automate/logic app it shows an option to assign the team as owner. But we are not able to see the notifications when the team is owner.
As @melamri mentioned, you can only assign notifications to users
I would suggest using a list rows to find the members of the team using something like the below (if you only know the name of the team, you could filter by name instead)
Then use an "apply to each" to create the same notification to each member of the team
Hi,
Apparently it doesn't work with the teams .... "Each notification row is meant for a single user, identified by the Owner column value. If a notification needs to be sent to multiple users, a record needs to be added for each recipient. The sender controls the recipient through the Owner column"

@AhmedSalih🙂 thanks for replying. i had already enabled the settings which you have shared. I could see the notifications for which i am the the owner. But i am not able to see the notifications for which the Team is the owner and i am part of the team. Hope i am more specific what i need
@prudhvimunagala, in the setting of your model-driven app, have you turned on the In-app notifications?
Regards,
Ahmed
