Power Apps Plan in Power Pages Pricing and Licenses

I have Power Apps licenses, but I want to know if I need to pay per user subscription in Power Pages to create a website.
if not, What are the users limits? Do I have to pay for each Authenticated/Anonymous/External user that goes to my website?

I would like to know this for Power Apps Per App, Power Apps Premium and D365 Enterprise Licenses.
