The PowerApps Studio for Windows 10 was deprecated and removed almost a year ago.  PowerApps Studio is now only avaiable as a Web product.  There are both a PowerApps player for Mobile and desktop.  Is that what you are referring to?  Those are both available from the respective Stores. YOu can pre-install a store app on a PC using tools from Microsoft.  Take a look at this documentation.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-8.1-and-8/dn387084(v=win.10)#to-preinstall-a-store-signed-app-by-using-the-dismexe-tool

    Dear Pstork1,

Thanks for the quik response, while I browse adn digest that, My requirement is simple.

we are an Inhouse IT team developing Power Apps Appa(PAs)s, we want a simple seemless run tiime environment for our enusers of these Apps we devlop.

All we need is Endusers to just launch and use the PAs shared with them that it ( if any componet is needed that our should be able to install on each local system if required , End user Justlaunch and use ,no diversion to MS store do this and that

    Thanks

On a side note also I would love to know to disable the famous "Allow" button for Data sources for Developers and End users , when they lanuch  the App, whos shiould end users be concerned re required to answer that Data souces that the Power APPS use.

    Thanks once again,

    ALL, sorry for the typos,

    Requirement is simple

1- End users to be able to just launch power apps shared with them ( without any tools/components if needed can be installed by IT support)( Endusers have p1 Office 365 license).

2- How to remove / disable the "pop Up " requesting the "ALLOW" button step for end users, They need be concerned with the Data sources an APP uses.

    Thanks

    Hi @MRRadiant

1- All they need is the link to the PA and they can launch the app either in the web browser or use  the PowerApp mobile App on mobile/tablet devices

2- There is a PowerShell command for this

    Check - https://www.anupams.net/suppress-user-consent-popup-in-powerapps/

1- End users can run Apps with just a browser.  You can provide a Hyperlink that will launch the browser or they can navigate to https://powerapps.microsoft.com and pick off a list. The documentation link I provided discusses how to install the Store app on PCs as an IT department.  That is also doable.  Neither of these will require the user to access the store or install anything.

2- As @RezaDorrani says, there is PowerShell that can turn off the OAuth approval for individual PowerApps so that users won't see that dialog when starting new apps.
