Some users aren't able to open any apps from Power App whilst other users can still open them. I've tried clearing cookies and opening the app directly from the link but it still doesn't work. Has this happened to anyone else?

As per this topic, you could try suggesting to the impacted users to try setting a different DNS server: App loading : r/PowerApps (reddit.com)
