Extract particular fields from either docx or pdf attachments in an email filtered with conditions

Here is what I am trying to do:

My eventual aim is to extract various fields out of the word doc and potentially the body of the email into a list (if not an excel doc). 

 

If anyone could help I'd be grateful.
